Zeroing In On The Best Stocks To Trade

I suppose the solution here depends on a number of factors, not the least of which is your own personal trading strategy and objective. But as we put together all of our research at EarningsBeats.com, it only makes sense that the more positives that a stock features, the more likely it is to outperform. Over the weekend, I was able to update a number of our ChartLists, including our Strong Earnings ChartList (SECL) and Strong AD ChartList (SADCL). I decided to run a scan to see which stocks were included in both of these ChartLists and also in our Raised Guidance ChartList (RGCL). This scan returned 69 stocks. When I manually eliminated those with PPO negative divergences, I found myself with 49 of what I consider to be the best stocks to trade. I like to wait for stocks with strong momentum to pull back and test their rising 20-day EMAs. Here's a stock from this "Bullish Trifecta" ChartList that's doing just that:
