Reviewing Our ChartList Summary Pages
Later today in a 4:30pm ET webinar, I'll be talking a lot about one of our key ChartLists - the Short Squeeze ChartList - which houses many of the most heavily shorted stocks in the U.S. market. Most are shorted for good reason and likely will be poor performers for quite some time. But others are beginning to show relative strength and that is showing up in higher SCTR (StockCharts Technical Rank) scores. Sorting the "Summary" page can be
used to highlight some of the best relative performers in all of our ChartLists and how the day's action is looking. For instance, check out our flagship ChartList, the Strong Earnings ChartList's (SECL) Summary page from Friday:
These were the top dozen performers on Friday from our SECL from our list of 273 companies. By including the sector and industry group on this summary, it's quite apparent that software ($DJUSSW) had a very solid day on Friday. 7 of the top 12 Friday performers came from software. I am constantly checking all of our ChartLists throughout the trading day and using the "Summary" form of viewing ChartLists can quickly tell you what is leading (or
